Refund policy

We offer refunds for all products returned within 14 days of purchase, in their unopened and original condition, collect the product from selected collection centre with proof of receipt. If the product leak or broken due to transportation, pls inform us immediate for exchange within the same day with photo taken on the product.

All refunds will be processed to orders will be refunded in the form of Frozen Beauty eVouchers with equivalent sum value to the order value.
