- By joining our reward program, you are entitled to receive point per listed to enjoy better benefits than non members for repurchase proposes and inform on any up coming events/

- We have the absolute discretion to refuse registration of a potential customer and to terminate the registration of any customer for any reason whatsoever
- Our eStore accepts payment by designated credit cards, debit cards or other designated electronic means as specified by us. All product prices listed are in Singapore dollars. The prices listed in our eStore may differ from the prices of the same products in our physical stores.
- All cancellation of orders will be refunded in the form of Frozen Beauty eVouchers with equivalent sum value to the order value.
- For any ordered goods remain undelivered within 7 days from the date of first delivery appointment (for delivery to your designated delivery address) or uncollected for 7 days from the date of order confirmation (for collection at designated collection centre), we shall have the right to cancel your order at our own discretion and refund the relevant payment to you via eVouchers without further notice to you.
