Directions:

For foot: Fill a basin with warm water about 2 liter, a drop from Black Moor Spa and a TCM booster ball of your choice into the water.  Soak your foot 15mins for relaxation. 

For body : use 2 balls of your choice and 3 drops from Black Moor Spa to cover whole body with warm water. Soak body for 30mins for relaxation.
